Do you find working in your studio or workshop on your own can feel isolating at times?  I know I can sometimes forget to step out into the outside world.

Discovering an amazing artist community on social media has been a brilliant way of getting to know and reaching out to other artists, only I was curious about what was available locally to meet people in person, who like me were following their own creative path.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for, so I started the Artists & Creatives Meet Up.

• I wanted to create an opportunity for local artists and creative small business owners like you and I to meet up and have a chat over a mug of tea.
• With no name badges or awkward 60 second introductions, I wanted to create a relaxed and informal get together in comfortable surroundings.
• I also wanted to create something that was flexible, that you could come along too as and when it fitted with your life and work plans, for only the price of a coffee (and maybe cake!)

The Artists and Creative’s Meet Up is an opportunity for you to step out of your studio, workspace or away from your kitchen table for an hour.  To meet and chat with other fellow artists and creatives in real-life.  To make new connections, friendships and support others like yourself who are lone working artists.
